Martine is a coding camp student who is on the fast track towards her dream career in development. When she saw my portfolio, she was immediately drawn to my style and commissioned me to design her a character portrait for portfolio and social media use.
The important features that Martine wanted me to capture were her hair, eyebrows, and smile. The challenge was having to navigate through the little details while keeping true to my signature style.
I worked with Martine to come up with a series of sketches, which we fine-tuned to her preferences through some feedback and edits. We think it looks fantastic; how about you?
