Sarah is a well-known artist and vendor in the realms of animation, TV/movie, and video game fandom. She owns multiple creative ventures but has shifted her main focus to her business Adorkabows, where she crafts one-of-a-kind handmade bows for people and pets!
For this project, Sarah wanted to develop a fabric pattern inspired by cute and colorful items from the magical girl subgenre of Japanese animation. I worked with her from the napkin sketch phase through many design iterations to create this series of full-color vector-based patterns.
